In March, 2008, Mike describes a ten-year vision for his companies and staff as they take good companies to being great as described by Jim Collins in the best seller Good to Great. This presentation to his staff was one of many planning activities whose purpose was to create a new roadmap into the future. Mike described his goal was to “turn my vision into our vision” so that everyone had a say into where the companies were going and how to get there!
